Machine Shop
At All Terrain Engineering, the Machine Shop is an important part of the preparation of rotors prior to balancing. The machine shop enables us to manufacture parts such as custom drive couplers to aid setting up jobs on the Balancing Machine. We can also repair stub shafts in the Repair Shop where bearings have spun causing damage. We also offer line boring, and to aid this service we operate with a large manual milling machine.

Having an onsite Machine Shop assists our swift turn around times and quality control. The Machine Shop operates with the following equipment:
- A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT SIZED LATHES
- MULTI AXIS MILLING MACHINES
- A MOBILE LINE BORING MACHINE WITH BORE WELDING OPTIONS
We correct these issues with precision equipment and expert techniques to ensure each component is straight, true, and ready for balancing.
